How to make gluten free banana nut bread recipe - Healthy banana bread recipe

Foodrinkresep.blogspot.com | How to make gluten free banana nut bread recipe - Healthy banana bread recipe. We're here to show you how to make the healthiest and "bestest" banana bread ever. The great thing about this recipe is it's all about the substitutions we're using for the conventional ingredients used in most banana breads. We're going to be doing a number of different things to improve the health quality of it, as well as work around the different allergies and conditions that people have when it comes to food.

So it's going to be gluten-free, egg-free, refined sugar-free, and egg-free. This recipe will have sugar in it both from the bananas and the alternatives we're going to use, but it's not refined sugar. So it's going to have a few extra benefits that you'll see.

The first thing that we can use is organic blackstrap molasses. Molasses is great because it's got so many minerals that are normally taken out of sugar in the refining process. It's very rich in chromium which is going to help with blood sugar regulation.

So even though you are getting some sugar from the blackstrap molasses, it's not going to have quite the same impact that refined sugar will. The next thing we can use is some honey. Honey is great because studies have shown it doesn't have the same impact as refined sugar or fructose has in the body. Another sweetener you can use is stevia or xylitol. Stevia doesn't contribute any calories, and xylitol does contribute a few calories. These are things you can use if you're watching your sugar intake.

The next ingredient we're going to use is applesauce. Applesauce can be used to replace a couple different things. One of the things it can replace is vegetable oil. Vegetable oils are very highly inflammatory so if we can substitute it that's great.

You can also use something like a coconut oil which can stand high heat temperatures and is very stable much more than the other oils. Finally we get to our flour. Most banana bread recipes are going to call for using some sort of wheat flour, and what we're going to use instead for people who want to avoid gluten, they want to avoid excess carbohydrates, we can use something like almond meal in place of the wheat flour. So let's get started with the recipe.

First thing we're going to do is add in the wet ingredients. The first thing is the bananas. A tip you can just put the bananas in here and start mashing up and use a hand blender or a fork like I'm using. One thing that makes it a little easier is to crush it while it's still in the peel.

The next ingredient is the applesauce. Applesauce can be added in with a ratio of vegetable oil to applesauce. We're going to add in / cup of applesauce. teaspoon of vanilla teaspoon of salt Now we're going to add in the sweetener. About a / of a cup. Then / cup of the molassses.

Now I'm going to add in the dry ingredients. One and a half teaspoons of baking soda. Start mixing it. Add in some of the spice. About a tablespoon of cinammon. In this case I'm going to use pumpkin pie spice. Use about a tablespoon or as much as you want.

Mix that in. Finally we're going to stir in the flour. Use a total of two cups. Add that in and then stir it. You can eyeball this to get the right consistency. If you add in too much flour, you can add a little water to get it to mix together. Now we're going to add it to our pan. Our oven is pre-heated to degrees.

You can grease it with coconut oil or butter. In this case, I have it lined with parchment paper. Put the banana bread flour in here. We'll stick this in an oven at degrees and cook it for minutes to an hour. We can stick a knife in it and when the knife comes out without any residue we know it's done.
